Job Description:

The objective for the XOLOGY Sales Representative is to be an ambassador of the brand and products of XOLOGY. The goal for this salesperson is to exceed their sales goals in their assigned territory. The Sales Representative will accomplish their goals by ensuring XOLOGY is visible, always within our markets of Crossfit, Yoga and functional training, developing great relationships with their clients, and influencing both new and existing clients to purchase XOLOGY’s full line of amazing products.

XOLOGY is a growth-oriented company, there will be opportunity for the leader that continually exceeds expectations to grow into roles of greater influence with XOLOGY as they become available.

Responsibilities:

[br]

Create and maintain great relationships with current XOLOGY clients, influencing them to grow the business within each account.

Identify influencers within the Crossfit, health, nutrition, yoga, fitness space in a microlocal level. Having constant contact with these people is our main approach to sales.

Identify leads in several different fitness, health, or nutrition related fields.

Qualify and cultivate relationships with leads to convert them into SFH clients.

Schedule appointments for account visits.

Educate customers through in-store visits, presentations, and tastings of the SFH product line.

Travel as needed within the territory or to national events.

Report financial progress monthly to Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

[br]

Required

Strong passion and knowledge for the nutritional, fitness and sales space.

1-2 years of Business to Business experience is required.

A Love for healthy – combining a clean diet, fitness, and clean supplementation for long-term health

A demonstrated ability to conduct product presentations is a necessity.

Ability to work independently (from home or your favorite coffee shop/gym/crossfit box), as well as work well on a team.

The ability to utilize all forms of communications to influence and grow relationships is a necessity.

Personal Drive, Ambition, and the willingness to serve others.

Preferred

Familiarity with Crossfit, fitness, and/or nutrition is a plus.

Former collegiate athletic experience is a plus
