Were you always health and fitness conscious or was there something that motivated you?
I’d played Australian Rules Football since i was 6, so always playing sports at school – but started taking fitness seriously when my sister began coaching CrossFit back in 2010, prior to that – I’d churn it out at the gym doing free-weights.
CrossFit 6 days a week. Usually stick to the WOD then accessory work after. Surf 3-4 times per week if there are waves and have the time. I have 4 kids so i class that as a workout, everyday.

Favorite Cheat Day Meal Or Snack:
In’n’out double double, protein style.
