Were you always health and fitness conscious or was there something that motivated you?
Rowing in college made me much more conscious of the impact food and exercise had on my health. Consistent and challenging exercise coupled with actual healthy food not only helped me physically, it made me feel confident and focused.
Anything that involves an adventure. Paddle boarding the coast, backpacking wilderness trails, jogging new routes around town. Not knowing what’s coming next makes workouts exciting and fresh.

Honeycrisp Apples, Mahi-Mahi, and Bell Peppers

Pulled Pork and a pint of Guinness.
